康复护理模式在掌指骨骨折患者中的应用及对促进手部功能恢复的作用

摘　　要：目的在掌指骨骨折患者中引入康复护理模式,观察其对患者手部功能恢复的影响。方法选取靖江市第二人民医院2022年1月—2024年6月收治的80例掌指骨骨折患者,以随机数表将其分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40),术后分别行常规护理与联合康复护理模式,比较两组术后恢复指标、疼痛与肿胀、掌指关节屈伸范围改善情况、手部功能、并发症情况。结果观察组患者骨折愈合、住院及恢复工作时间短于观察组(P<0.05)。视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale/score,VAS)、肿胀评分护理后较护理前均下降,且观察组下降幅度大于对照组,掌指关节屈伸范围观察组提升更明显(P<0.05);观察组手部功能恢复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复护理模式在掌指骨骨折患者中的应用,有利于提升术后康复效果,促进患者手部功能恢复,减少并发症,值得推广。Objective To introduce a rehabilitation nursing model in patients with metacarpophalangeal bone fractures and observe its impact on the recovery of hand function.Methods The time period of the case source was from January 2022 to June 2024 at the Second People's Hospital of Jingjiang City.A total of 80 patients with metacarpophalangeal bone fractures were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.The control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)received routine nursing and combined rehabilitation nursing after surgery.The postoperative recovery indicators,pain and swelling,improvement of metacarpophalangeal joint flexion and extension range,hand function,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had a shorter time in terms of fracture healing,hospitalization,and recovery work,with P<0.05;The VAS score and swelling score both decreased after nursing compared to before,but the observation group showed a greater decrease than the control group.The observation group showed a more significant improvement in the range of flexion and extension of the metacarpophalangeal joint,with P<0.05;The difference analysis between the two groups showed that the excellent rate of hand function recovery was significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05),with statistical significance;The comparison of complications between the two groups was P<0.05.Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing mode in patients with metacarpophalangeal bone fractures is beneficial for improving postoperative rehabilitation outcomes,promoting hand function recovery,and reducing complications.It is worth promoting.
