摘　　要：目的探究耳穴压豆联合松弛干预对精神分裂患者阴性症状的影响。方法选取本院2020年1月—2023年12月符合条件的80例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为两组,对照组(40例)用常规护理,研究组(40例)加以耳穴压豆联合松弛干预护理,评估两组阴性症状分值、焦虑抑郁情况、护理满意度。结果干预前,两组SANS各项评分、总评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组SANS各项评分、总评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组SAS评分、SDS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组SAS评分、SDS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合松弛干预对精神分裂患者护理效果较好,可改善患者阴性症状,焦虑抑郁情况,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of ear acupressure combined with relaxation intervention on negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 80 eligible patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number method.The control group(40 cases)received routine nursing care,while the study group(40 cases)received ear acupressure combined with relaxation intervention nursing.Results The negative symptom scores,anxiety and depression levels,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the SANS scores and total scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the SANS scores and total scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The overall nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ear acupressure and relaxation intervention has a good nursing effect on patients with schizophrenia,which can improve negative symptoms,anxiety and depression,and increase patient satisfaction with nursing care.
