分析临床护理路径在漏斗胸患者围手术期健康宣教中的价值

摘　　要：目的观察漏斗胸患者围手术期健康宣教中应用临床护理路径的价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月本院收治的70例漏斗胸手术患者,根据不同干预方式分为传统组(常规护理)和实验组(临床护理路径),每组35例。对比组间护理满意度、并发症发生率、心理状态、手术相关指标。结果干预后,实验组的护理满意度高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的SAS评分、SDS评分低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的并发症发生率低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的住院时间、医疗费用、卧床时间均少于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在漏斗胸患者围手术期健康宣教中,临床护理路径的应用优势显著,可以切实减轻患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,降低并发症发生率,促进术后恢复,且患者满意度较高。Objective To observe the value of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative health education of patients with infundibular chest.Methods A total of 70 patients with infundibular chest operation admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the traditional group(routine group),35 cases and the experimental group(clinical nursing path),35 cases according to different intervention methods.Nursing satisfaction,complication rate,psychological state and operative related indexes were compared between groups.Results In this study,after intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay,medical expenses and bed time of the experimental group were less than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative health education of patients with funnel chest,the application of clinical nursing pathway has significant advantages,which can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,promote postoperative recovery,and the satisfaction of patients is high.
