脊柱矫形体位垫联合中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨脊柱矫形体位垫联合中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法纳入2023年12月—2024年5月本院收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,以随机数字表法分为两组,对其实施前瞻性分析。其中,对照组接受常规平卧硬板床干预,观察组在常规治疗的基础上予脊柱矫形体位垫配合中药外敷治疗。对比两组疼痛程度改善情况、治疗舒适度以及患者对护理满意度。结果治疗前,两组腰部、下肢NRS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院前、治疗3 d后与治疗前相比,两组腰部、下肢NRS评分均呈下降趋势,且观察组降低幅度更大(P<0.05)。观察组30例患者中,有25例治疗感觉舒适,有3例腰部肌肉痉挛,有2例出现腰部空虚感,感觉不适者占比16.67%。治疗后,两组患者护理满意度对比,两组具有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组患者对护理满意度一般者对比(P>0.05),两组患者对护理抱怨对比,观察组更低(P<0.05)。结论脊柱矫形体位垫联合中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症受矫形垫将脊柱抬高等因素影响,导致治疗舒适度降低,但使患者的疼痛症状明显缓解,患者对护理仍具有较高满意度,可为临床后续治疗方案的选择提供参考依据。Objective To investigate the effect of spinal orthopedic position pad combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation were included in the study,admitted between December 2023 and May 2024.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method and subjected to prospective analysis.The control group received conventional supine hard bed intervention,while the observation group received spinal orthopedic position pads combined with traditional Chinese medicine external application treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.Compare the improvement of pain levels,treatment comfort,and patient satisfaction with nursing care between two groups.Results There was a statistically significant difference in NRS scores between the two groups after 3 days of treatment(P<0.05);Among the 30 patients in the observation group,25 felt comfortable during treatment,3 experienced muscle spasms in the lower back,and 2 experienced a feeling of emptiness in the lower back.The proportion of those who felt uncomfortable was 16.67%;The comparison of nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients showed that the observation group had higher satisfaction(P<0.05),while the comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients was average(P>0.05).The comparison of nursing complaints between the two groups of patients showed that the observation group had lower satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of spinal orthopedic position pad and traditional Chinese medicine external application in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is affected by factors such as the lifting of the spine by the orthopedic pad,resulting in a decrease in treatment comfort.However,it significantly alleviates the patient's pain symptoms,and the patient still has a high satisfaction with the nursing.This can provide reference for the selection of clinical follow-up treatment plans.
