疼痛护理在创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨创伤性骨折患者应用疼痛护理的效果。方法本研究选取2023年4月—2024年3月本院收治的80例创伤性骨折患者作为研究对象,并根据护理方法的不同,将患者分为两组进行对比分析。其中,对照组(40例)应用常规护理,观察组(40例)应用常规护理+疼痛护理。统计分析两组疼痛强度、日常生活能力、并发症发生率、康复相关指标、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组数字疼痛评分(NRS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),镇痛药物应用频次低于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛持续、住院、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论创伤性骨折患者应用疼痛护理的效果好,能够减轻患者的疼痛强度,提高患者的日常生活能力,并降低患者的并发症发生率,促进患者早日康复,提升患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of pain care in patients with traumatic fractures.Methods 80 patients with traumatic fractures in our hospital were selected as the research sample.The collection time was from April 2023 to March 2024.The patients were divided into two groups according to nursing methods:control group of 40 patients who received routine nursing care,and observation group of 40 patients who received pain nursing care+routine nursing care.The pain intensity,daily living ability,incidences of complications,rehabilitation related indicators,and nursing satisfactions in two groups were statistically analyzed.Results After nursing,the activity,resting Digital Pain Rating System(NRS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The ADL scores was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The frequency of analgesic drug use was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain duration,hospitalization,and fracture healing time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfactions was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain care is effective for patients with traumatic fractures.It can reduce the intensity of patients'pain,improve their daily living ability,reduce the incidence of complications,promote their early recovery,and increase their nursing satisfaction.
