GP方案联合早期止吐护理治疗中晚期肺癌的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨晚期肺癌患者采用GP方案联合早期止吐护理干预的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月本院收治的中晚期肺癌患者100例为研究对象,按照红蓝球法随机拟定2组,即常规联合组(50例,GP方案联合常规护理干预)、早期止吐联合组(50例,GP方案联合早期止吐护理干预),对比组间的干预效果与安全性。结果早期止吐联合组患者临床效果显著优于常规联合组患者(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者生活质量评分、免疫功能各项指标、血清指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,早期止吐联合组患者生活质量评分、免疫功能各项指标、血清指标显著优于常规联合组患者(P<0.05)。早期止吐联合组患者不良反应发生率显著少于常规联合组患者(P<0.05)。结论早期的止吐护理能显著改善肺癌患者的恶心呕吐症状,提高生活质量,且联合GP方案的化疗能有效抑制肿瘤生长和扩散,延长生存期,本方案值得推广和应用。Objective Exploring the application effect of GP scheme combined with early antiemetic nursing intervention in patients with advanced lung cancer.How:The sample was collected between 2023.01-2023.12 from patients with advanced lung cancer,including 100 samples.Two groups were selected using the red and blue ball method:the conventional combined group(50 cases,GP scheme+routine nursing)and the early anti-emetic combined group(50 cases,GP scheme+early anti-emetic nursing).The efficacy and safety of the intervention were randomized and compared between groups.Results The early antiemetic group showed significant improvement in clinical effects compared to the conventional combined group(P<0.05).The pre-intervention quality of life score,immune function,and serum indexes were similar(P>0.05),but the post-intervention early antiemetic combined group had better scores,indexes,and lower adverse reaction incidence(P<0.05).Conclusion Early antiemetic care can significantly improve the nausea and vomiting symptoms of lung cancer patients and improve their quality of life,and chemotherapy combined with a GP regimen can effectively inhibit tumor growth and proliferation and prolong the survival period,making this regimen a highly recommended and widely adopted treatment.
