摘 要:内质网应激(ERS)已成为缺血性脑卒中发生的关键机制。井穴放血是缺血性脑卒中等脑部疾病的特色疗法之一,是脑病靶向治疗方法;其对缺血性脑卒中的治疗作用包括促醒、改善运动功能;调节缺血性脑卒中ERS的机制包括抑制钙超载、拮抗氧化应激、减轻炎症反应级联损伤,但尚无井穴放血直接调控ERS相关重要蛋白和通路的证据,针刺对缺血性脑卒中ERS相关通路蛋白(蛋白激酶RNA样ER激酶、肌醇需求酶1、激活转录因子-6、CCAAT增强子结合蛋白同源蛋白)的调控作用,可为探讨井穴放血调控ERS的机制研究提供参考。Endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)has become a key mechanism in the occurrence of ischemic stroke.Well point bloodletting is one of the characteristic therapies for brain diseases such as ischemic stroke and is a targeted treatment method for brain diseases.Its therapeutic effects on ischemic stroke include promoting awakening and improving motor function.The mechanisms by which well point bloodletting regulates ERS in ischemic stroke involve inhibiting calcium overload,counteracting oxidative stress,and alleviating inflammatory cascade damage.However,there is no direct evidence that well point bloodletting regulates ERS-related key proteins and pathways.Acupuncture has been shown to regulate ERS-related pathway proteins in ischemic stroke,including protein kinase RNA-like ER kinase,inositol-requiring enzyme 1,activating transcription factor-6,and CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein homologous protein.These findings provide a reference for exploring the mechanisms by which well point bloodletting regulates ERS.
