摘　　要：雾霾伤肺已成为一个全球性的重大公共卫生问题。中医药在预防和治疗雾霾所致疾病方面作出了积极贡献,但目前尚未形成一套较为完善的理论和方法体系。当前主要研究内容是明确雾霾伤肺的中医病因、病机、证型、治法和方药。为了更方便有效认识疾病的发生、发展规律和防治方法,应用动物模型是现代生物医学中的不可或缺的实验手段,但是,研究人员绝大多数仅将西医的疾病模型作为重要参考依据构建动物模型来进行中医药研究,无法全面反映中医临床辨证论治的本质特征,为了更好研究中医药治疗雾霾伤肺的作用机制和疗效,已经建立的多种结合西医疾病特点和中医证候特征的动物模型,兼顾了西医疾病的定位、定性和定量特点,同时又能反映中医临床辨证论治的本质特征。目前,雾霾伤肺病证结合动物模型可以分为4类:温燥袭肺证、凉燥伤肺证、寒湿阻肺证、毒邪犯肺证。Haze-induced lung injury has become a major global public health issue.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has made significant contributions to the prevention and treatment of diseases caused by haze.However,a comprehensive theoretical and methodological system has yet to be established.Current research primarily focuses on identifying the TCM etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome types,treatment principles,and Chinese medicine prescriptions for haze-induced lung injury.To better understand the occurrence,progression,and prevention of the disease,animal models serve as an indispensable tool in modern biomedical research.However,most researchers construct animal models based solely on Western medicine disease models as key references for TCM research,which fails to fully reflect the core principles of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.To enhance the study of the mechanisms and efficacy of TCM in treating haze-induced lung injury,various animal models that integrate the characteristics of both Western medicine diseases and TCM syndromes have been established.These models maintain the localization,qualitative,and quantitative features of Western medicine while also embodying the essence of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.Currently,the integrated disease-syndrome animal models for haze-induced lung injury can be categorized into four types:warm-dryness attacking the lung syndrome,cool-dryness injuring the lung syndrome,cold-dampness obstructing the lung syndrome,and toxic pathogen invading the lung syndrome.
