摘 要:糖脂代谢紊乱相关疾病的发病率居高不下,严重威胁人类健康,成为全球范围内的重大公共卫生问题。中医药防治糖脂代谢紊乱优势突出。从整体出发,宏观调控机体代谢紊乱,是中医药防治糖脂代谢紊乱的特色和要点。解读清楚中医药疗效必不可少的关键环节是研究证候的本质。然而,由于现在对中医证候的有限认知,其生物学基础尚未阐明,限制了中医证候研究的发展和应用。借助表型组学等现代科技手段阐明中医证候实质,揭开中医药“黑箱”,有助于中医精准医学的发展。The incidence of diseases related to glycolipid metabolism disorders remains high,posing a severe threat to human health and emerging as a major global public health concern.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)exhibits unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of glycolipid metabolism disorders.By regulating metabolic imbalances from a holistic view,TCM provides a distinctive and systematic approach in the treatment of glycolipid metabolism disorders.A crucial aspect of elucidating the efficacy of TCM lies in understanding the essence of TCM syndromes.However,limited knowledge of TCM syndromes and the lack of clarity regarding their biological foundations have hindered research and application in this field.Leveraging modern technologies such as phenomics to decipher the nature of TCM syndromes and unveil the“black box”of TCM mechanisms is expected to contribute to the advancement of precision medicine in TCM.
