摘　　要：中医四诊是中医诊病的基础手段,拥有悠久的历史和完善的理论体系,在中医学的发展中起着至关重要的作用。中医四诊是通过望、闻、问、切4种方法来判断病情和辨别疾病的一种临床诊断方法。但是主观性较强,对于经验的积累比较依赖,在传承过程中难以完全复刻,具有不稳定性。随着科技的发展和人们对健康的需求不断增加,中医四诊作为中医学的核心内容之一,也面临着现代化的挑战和发展,困扰中医传承与发展的壁垒也有望得到解决。The four diagnostic methods in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)form the fundamental basis for disease diagnosis in TCM.With a long history and a well-established theoretical system,these methods play a crucial role in the development of TCM.The four diagnostic methods,i.e.,observation,auscultation and olfaction,inquiry,and pulse diagnosis,are used to assess conditions and differentiate diseases in clinical practice.However,their strong subjectivity and heavy reliance on accumulated experience make them difficult to fully replicate in inheritance,leading to instability.With technological advancements and growing healthcare demands,as one of the core components of TCM,the four diagnostic methods face challenges in modernization and development.However,the barriers hindering the inheritance and advancement of TCM are also expected to be addressed.
