国家物流枢纽影响下中欧班列中通道腹地划分

摘　　要：当前,以中、东、西3条中欧铁路运输通道为主的中欧班列线路网络基本形成。其中,中通道二连浩特边境口岸在口岸竞争中处于劣势地位,市场腹地范围模糊。基于近期乌兰察布—二连浩特国家物流枢纽开展建设,对于边境口岸吸引货源的竞争力具有显著提升。本研究构建了中欧班列中通道口岸枢纽市场腹地划分评价指标体系,基于突变级数法以中国337个城市为研究范围进行了中通道口岸的市场腹地划分测算。研究发现,在国家物流枢纽建设的影响下,中欧班列中通道市场腹地范围得到明显扩张,腹地范围由原来的95个城市增加到了167个。研究结论说明了国家物流枢纽的建设对于中欧班列中通道口岸竞争力的提升具有显著作用。At present,China Railway Express(CRE)forms a line network based on the three China-Europe railway transport corridors of middle,east and west.Among them,the Erlianhot border crossing of the middle corridor is in a disadvantageous position in the crossing competition,and the scope of market hinterland is ambiguous.Based on the recent construction of the Ulanqab-Erlianhot national logistics hub,the competitiveness of the border crossing in attracting cargo sources is significantly improved.This study constructed the evaluation index system for market hinterland division of the middle corridor border crossing of the CRE,and measured the market hinterland division of middle corridor crossing based on the catastrophe progression method with 337 cities in China as the scope of the study.It is found that under the influence of the construction of the national logistics hub,the market hinterland scope of the middle corridor significantly expanded,and the hinterland scope increased from the original 95 cities to 167 cities.The conclusion of the study shows that the construction of the national logistics hub has a significant effect on the improvement of the competitiveness of the middle corridor crossing of the CRE.
