摘　　要：在“五级三类”国土空间规划体系中,交通规划属于“五级三类”国土空间规划体系的专项规划。为加强交通规划与国土空间规划的对接,预留公路建设条件,结合不同法律法规对公路用地范围的定义,并提出公路与“三区三线”符合性分析、管控要求及调整建议,以更好推进公路项目建设。In the"Five-Level and Three-Category"territorial spatial planning system,transportation planning falls under the category of special plans.To enhance the coordination between transportation planning and territorial spatial planning,and to reserve conditions for highway construction,this paper integrates definitions of highway land use scope from various laws and regulations.Additionally,it proposes a conformity analysis between highways and the"Three Zones and Three Lines,"as well as control requirements and adjustment suggestions,aiming to better advance highway project construction.
