摘　　要：金沙江下游内河航运与攀西经济区产业极具发展潜力。本研究采用文献查阅、数理统计、实地调研、机理分析等方法,梳理金沙江航道沿线资源、产业分布特点,分析磷化工产业发展面临的形势,选取四川金沙江下游磷矿、磷化工产业为研究对象,探索提出金沙江航运与沿线磷矿资源、磷化工产业三者融合开发的经济合理性分析结论。研究对破解水运项目落地难、有效发挥航运效益,推进资源节约、集约具有重要意义。The inland shipping in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River and the industries in the Panxi Economic Zone have great development potential.This study uses literature reference,mathematical statistics,field research,mechanism analysis and other methods to sort out the resources and industrial distribution characteristics along the Jinsha River,analyse the situation facing the development of the phosphorus chemical industry,select the phosphate ore and phosphorus chemical industry in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River in Sichuan as the research object,propose the economic rationality analysis conclusion of Jinsha River shipping,phosphate ore and phosphorus chemical industry along the line.Research is of great significance for solving the dificulties of water transportation projects,effectively giving full play to shipping benefits,and promoting resource conservation and intensification.
