摘 要:为落实《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》定位广州作为区域发展的核心引擎要求,从引领城市群发展的角度开展了广州交通一体化的战略思考。在分析广州与粤港澳大湾区其他城市间客流交互总量和出行方式的基础上,明确了只有围绕高速铁路组织城际交通才能实现力争与湾区其他城市1小时通达的目标,重点阐明了高速铁路在一体化方面存在的问题。通过剖析1小时交通的意义,结合城市优势的研判,从土地利用、运营管理服务和体制机制等三个方面提出了一体化的具体措施,切实支撑湾区建设世界级城市群的目标。In order to implement the"Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Planning Outline"positioning Guangzhou as the core engine requirement for regional development,a study on Guangzhou's transportation integration strategy was conducted from the perspective of leading the urban agglomeration.On the basis of analyzing the passenger flow interaction and travel modes between Guangzhou and other cities in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area,it is clarified that only by organizing intercity transportation around high-speed railways can the goal of achieving one hour accessibility be achieved,and the problems in the integration of high-speed railways are emphasized.By analyzing the significance of 1-hour transportation and combining it with the analysis of urban advantages,specific integrated measures are elaborated from three aspects:land use,operation and management services,and institutional mechanisms,effectively supporting the goal of building a world-class urban agglomeration in the Bay Area.
