摘　　要：应急物资储备对提高灾害应对效率和减少灾害负面影响至关重要。本文引入期权契约机制,考虑灾民痛苦心理感知,建立应急物资政企联合储备模型,分析供应链协调条件,通过数值模拟讨论参数改变对不同储备策略的影响。结果表明:考虑灾民痛苦心理感知的政企期权契约联合储备模式能够有效提升物资储备总量、增加社会与企业收益以及降低储备成本,供应链协调状态下可以实现政企共赢。Emergency supplies stockpiling is crucial to improve the efficiency of disaster response and reduce the negative impacts of disasters.In this paper,we introduce the option contract mechanism,consider the psychological perception of disaster victims'pain,establish a joint stockpiling model of government and enterprises for emergency supplies,analyse the coordination conditions of the supply chain,and discuss the effects of parameter changes on different stockpiling strategies through numerical simulation.The results show that the option contract joint stockpiling model can effectively increase the total amount of stockpile,increase the social and enterprise benefits,and reduce the stockpile cost,and can achieve a win-win situation for the government and the enterprise under the coordination condition of the supply chain.
