摘  要:民航运输人员昼夜节律紊乱会导致疲劳和认知能力下降等状况,从而影响安全运行。本研究通过光的非视觉效应通路对人体生物节律产生的影响,尝试探究短时光照调节人体生物节律的方法。为了探讨光照干预时刻对人体生物节律的影响,本研究从光的非视觉效应的本质出发,设计了光照干预实验。招募了51名健康大学生,分为五种不同光照时刻组进行2小时的光照,并在晨起6:00~8:00与晚间20:00~22:00,每半小时采集被试唾液样本,以评估不同光照时刻下光诱导的褪黑素抑制。研究结果表明,19:30~21:30光照组出现明显的褪黑素抑制,夜间光照对褪黑素抑制的效果越强。Circadian misalignment in civil aviation transportation personnel can lead to conditions such as fatigue and cognitive decline,affecting safety.This study investigates the method of adjusting biological rhythm by short-duration light intervention based on the non-visual effect of light on biological rhythm.To explore the effects of time of light intervention on biological rhythm,this study designed light intervention experiments.Fifty-one healthy college students were recruited and divided into five different controlled groups,taken light intervention for 2 h.Saliva samples were collected from the subjects every half hour from 6:00 to 8:00 in the morning and from 20:00 to 22:00 in the evening to assess melatonin suppression under different intervention times.The results of the study show that significant melatonin suppression occurred in the 19:30 to 21:30 group,and the stronger the effect of nighttime light on melatonin suppression.
