摘　　要：围绕组合型全国性综合交通枢纽的战略定位,在全面审视区域综合交通运输发展现状的基础上,充分借鉴国内外组合型综合交通枢纽建设经验,对标新形势新要求,系统谋划泸州—宜宾全国性综合交通枢纽的定位分工、建设目标。以协同联动为关键突破口,从基础设施、运输服务、支持政策、管理机制等方面研究提出重点建设任务,提出针对性措施建议,有利于一体化推进全国性综合交通枢纽建设发展,探索形成具有四川特色的组合型全国性综合交通枢纽建设有益经验。This paper centers on the strategic positioning of integrated national transportation hubs,providing a comprehensive examination of the current state of regional comprehensive transportation development.Building on this foundation,the paper draws extensively on domestic and international experiences in the construction of integrated transportation hubs and delves into the new requirements under China's new circumstances.Ultimately,it systematically plans the positioning,division of labor,and construction goals for the Luzhou-Yibin national comprehensive transportation hub.With coordinated linkage as the key breakthrough,the planning proposes prioritized construction tasks and targeted measures from the perspectives of infrastructure,transportation services,supportive policies,and management mechanisms.Conducting this research is conducive to advancing the integrated development of national comprehensive transportation hubs,and exploring beneficial experiences in the construction of combined national comprehensive transportation hubs with Sichuan's unique characteristics.
