长沙市长宁与长浏市域铁路发展规划研究

摘　　要：在长株潭都市圈一体化发展的背景下,以干线铁路、城际铁路、市域铁路、城市轨道交通为主体的多层次轨道交通网络正逐渐形成,其中长宁与长浏市域铁路是长株潭多层次轨道交通网络的重要组成部分。在对长沙市区、宁乡以及浏阳进行交通现状调查的基础上,首先从线路布局与路网衔接的角度,对两条市域铁路现阶段的规划进行了阐述,接着从交通需求、区位优势、四网融合、磁浮经济等多个角度分析了其建设的必要性,最后从技术、环境、经济以及政策四个方面讨论了其建设的可行性。本研究发现可为长株潭都市圈多层次轨道交通网络的互联互通以及一体化发展提供参考。With the acceleration of building the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan area,the multi-level railway network consisting of the mainline railway,intercity railway,suburban railway,and urban rail transit,has been gradually forming.Changsha-Ningxiang Suburban Railway and Changsha-Liuyang Suburban Railway are important components of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan multi-level railway network plan.Based on the investigation of the current traffic situations of Changsha,Ningxiang and Liuyang,this paper frst expounds the current planning of the two suburban railways from the line layout and road network connection,and then analyzes the necessity of their constructions from traffic demand,location advantage,fournetwork integration,and maglev economy.Finally,the feasibility is discussed from four aspects:technology,environment,economy,and policy.This study provides new insights for promoting the interconnection and integration of the multi-level railway network in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan area.
