中外合作办学背景下构建临床医学专业“虚拟教研室”的探索

摘　　要：重庆医科大学通过与英国莱斯特大学合作办学,在我国西部地区首批开设临床医学(中外合作办学)专业,迄今已连续招收4届学生。师生语言应用能力不足,多学科交叉的综合能力培养薄弱,临床实践能力不足,中外教学理念冲突,跨学科、跨地域、跨专业融合不充分等是目前中外合作办学面临的主要难题。重庆医科大学临床医学专业(中外合作办学)课程组拟围绕打造国际化师资团队、建设契合中外合作办学教学内容的高质量线上资源库等方面,在临床医学专业(中外合作办学)中建设“虚拟教研室”,以打造互联互通、共建共享的新型教学组织,助力培养具有国际视野和跨文化适应性的创新性拔尖医学人才。Chongqing Medical University,through its cooperation in running schools with the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom,was among the first to offer the major of Clinical Medicine(Chinese-foreign cooperative education)in the western region of China.So far,it has successively enrolled students for four sessions.At present,the main challenges faced by Chinese-foreign cooperative education programs include insufficient language application ability of teachers and students,weak cultivation of comprehensive abilities in interdisciplinary fields,inadequate clinical practice ability,conflicts between Chinese and foreign teaching concepts and insufficient integration across disciplines,regions and majors.The curriculum team of the clinical medicine major(Chinese-foreign cooperative education)at Chongqing Medical University intends to establish a“virtual teaching and research office”,focusing on aspects such as building an international teaching faculty team and constructing a high-quality online resource library that aligns with the teaching content of the Chinese-foreign cooperative education program.The aim is to create a new type of teaching organization featuring interconnection,co-construction,and shared benefits,and strive to cultivate innovative and top-notch medical talents with an international vision and cross-cultural adaptability.
