公众视角下医学生职业素养培育的调查研究

摘　　要：目的 研究通过公众调查问卷分析公众对医学生职业素养的认知情况,并对医学生职业素养的重要性进行排序,从而为提升医学生职业素养提供参考。方法于2024年3—5月发放400份公众调查问卷,统计被调查者对医学生职业素养的认知状况和重要性排序。结果在400名研究对象中,有40.75%(163/400)的公众不认可医护工作人员做好本职工作即可这种说法;有90.00%(360/400)的民众认可对当前的医护工作表示满意的说法;高达97.75%(391/400)的民众认可对李兰娟、钟南山等这样的医护工作者非常敬佩的说法;96.5%(386/400)的民众认可医护人员对患者的关怀具有重要的作用的说法;90.75%(363/400)的民众认可对医护人员的职业素养满意的说法;96.75%(387/400)的民众认可国家应当进一步增加医护人员规模,重视医学生教育的说法;97.25%(389/400)的民众认可国家应当进一步从制度和资源上保障医疗机构发展的说法;应用综合分析法得出医护人员职业素养重要性排序为精湛的医术、良好的沟通能力、高度的责任感、对待患者一视同仁、富有耐心、廉洁从医、富有爱心、尊重患者隐私、富有同理心。结论 公众对于医学生职业素养的认可度虽处于较高水平,但仍有提升的空间,因此需要加强提升医学生的专业技能水平,培养医学生的职业素养和职业道德。Objective To analyze the public cognition of medical students’professional literacy through public questionnaire,and rank the importance of medical students'professional literacy,so as to provide reference for improving medical students’professional literacy.Methods A total of 400 public questionnaires were distributed from March to May,2024,and the status and importance of public cognition of medical students’professional accomplishment were analyzed.Results Among the 400 research subjects,40.75%(163/400)of the people did not agree with the statement that medical staff only needed to do their jobs well.90.00%(360/400)of the people agreed with the statement that they were satisfied with the current medical work.As high as 97.75%(391/400)of the people agreed with the statement that they had great admiration for medical workers like LI Lanjuan and ZHONG Nanshan.96.5%(386/400)of the people agreed with the statement that the care provided by medical staff played an important role for patients.90.75%(363/400)of the people agreed with the statement that they were satisfied with the professional qualities of medical staff.96.75%(387/400)of the people agreed with the statement that the country should further increase the scale of medical staff and attach importance to the education of medical students.97.25%(389/400)of the people agreed with the statement that the country should further guarantee the development of medical institutions in terms of systems and resources.Through the comprehensive analysis method,it was concluded that the importance ranking of the professional qualities of medical staff was excellent medical skills,good communication ability,a high sense of responsibility,treating patients equally,being patient,practicing medicine with integrity,being compassionate,respecting patients’privacy,and being empathetic.Conclusion Although the public’s recognition of medical students'professional quality is at a high level,there is still room for improvement.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the profe
