麻醉危机情景模拟培训与住院医师规范化培训的整合探索

摘　　要：麻醉学科实践性和应用性很强,麻醉危机事件发生迅速,无可重复性。高仿真情景模拟教学是高度契合麻醉学科教学的一种学习模式,这种教学模式可同时进行理论教学、技能教学和临床思维教学,更具有可实践性和可重复性。分层递进理念是住院医师规范化培训的核心理念,在该理念下寻找更优的培训方式是当代医学教育工作者的重要任务。以分层递进理念为指导,充分利用高仿真情景模拟教学方式的优势进行麻醉危机事件相关培训,这为持续提升麻醉学科住培质量提供了新的思路。将麻醉危机高仿真情景模拟教学与住培常规教学进行多维度整合,包括培训目标、培训内容、培训师资、培训对象以及培训结果。两者整合的构建与探索,使以培养学员核心胜任力为目标的模拟培训课程发挥出其独特而强大的学习训练作用,取得了良好的教学效果。The concept of hierarchical progressive training is the core concept of the standardized training of residents.It is an important task for contemporary medical educators to find better training methods under this concept.Anesthesiology is highly practical and applied,and the anesthesiology crisis events happen quickly and without repetition.High simulation scenario simulation teaching is a kind of learning mode which is highly suitable for anesthesia teaching.This teaching mode can carry out theoretical teaching,skill teaching and clinical thinking teaching at the same time,and is more practical and repeatable.Guided by the concept of stratification and progression,this paper makes full use of the advantages of high-simulation scenario-simulation teaching method to conduct training related to anesthesia crisis events,which provides a new idea for continuously improving the quality of resident training in anesthesia discipline.The anesthesia crisis high simulation situation simulation teaching and residential training routine teaching were integrated in multiple dimensions,including training objectives,training content,training teachers,training objects and training results.The construction and exploration of the integration of the two make the simulation training course aiming at cultivating the core competence of students play its unique and powerful role in learning and training,and achieve good teaching effect.
