摘　　要：随着肿瘤放疗需求的增加,传统放疗流程管理已难以满足现代临床科室高效、精准的治疗需求。本研究针对这一问题,基于重庆医科大学附属第二医院肿瘤放疗中心的业务流程,设计并实现了一套全流程信息化管理系统。该系统采用B/S架构,实现了从放疗登记到临床调阅的全程信息化管理,显著提升了放疗流程的规范性和效率。通过智能构建模拟定位、自动化靶区勾画与多级审核、放疗计划设计与验证流程优化、精准患者复位技术等创新功能,系统不仅提高了放疗的准确性和安全性,还实现了放疗流程的无纸化办公,极大减轻了医护人员的工作负担。同时,系统提供的全面数据支持为临床治疗和科研工作提供了有力帮助。本研究成果对于提高肿瘤放疗服务质量、推动医院信息化发展具有重要意义,并展望了未来系统互联与扩展、持续优化与升级以及跨科室合作与整合的发展方向。With the increasing demand for tumor radiotherapy,traditional radiotherapy process management has become difficult to meet the efficient and precise treatment needs of modern clinical departments.Addressing this issue,this study designed and implemented a full-process information management system based on the business processes of the tumor radiotherapy center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University.Employing a B/S architecture,the system realizes comprehensive information management from radiotherapy registration to clinical retrieval,significantly enhancing the standardization and efficiency of the radiotherapy process.Through innovative functions such as intelligent simulation positioning,automated target delineation with multi-level review,optimization of radiotherapy plan design and verification processes,and precise patient repositioning technology,the system not only improves the accuracy and safety of radiotherapy but also achieves paperless office operations in the radiotherapy process, greatly reducing the workload of medical staff. Simultaneously, the comprehensive data support provided by the system offers valuable assistance for clinical treatment and scientific research. This research has significant implications for improving the quality of tumor radiotherapy services, promoting the development of hospital informatization, and looks forward to the future directions of system interconnection and expansion, continuous optimization and upgrading, as well as cross-departmental cooperation and integration.
