基于三级公立医院职称材料送审的综合档案管理模式构想

摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,三级公立医院的职称申报流程正面临着前所未有的变革,文章通过对医院的各类档案以及职称晋升过程进行调研分析,探讨了信息化综合档案管理系统在三级公立医院职称申报过程中的关键作用,以及医院综合档案管理的未来发展趋势。研究结果表明,信息化综合档案管理在医院职称申报的各个阶段中都发挥着关键作用,有助于提高评审质量、协调资源、提升医院管理效率。信息化综合档案管理将成为医院管理中不可或缺的一部分,其在医院职称评审中发挥的作用也会不断提升。未来,通过不断改进和优化整个送审流程,能够确保医务人员的职称材料能准确无误地上传,为医务人员的职业发展提供坚实保障。With the rapid development of information technology,the title application process at tier-three public hospitals is undergoing unprecedented changes.This paper through research and analysis of various hospital archives and the professional title promotion process,explores the critical role of an integrated information management system in the title application process at tier-three public hospitals,as well as future trends in comprehensive archive management at hospitals.The findings indicate that integrated information archive management plays a key role at various stages of the hospital title application process,helping to improve the quality of reviews,coordinate resources,and enhance hospital management efficiency.Integrated information archive management will become an indispensable part of hospital management, and its role in hospital title reviews will continue to grow. In the future, by continuously improving and optimizing the entire review process, it can ensure that medical staff's title materials are uploaded accurately, providing a solid guarantee for the professional development of medical staff.
