住院患者病例分型在医院医疗质量管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨住院患者病例分型在医院医疗质量管理中的应用价值。方法选取2022年1—6月福建医科大学附属漳州市医院质控科病案室100例患者作为对照组,对医院医疗质量管理问题进行分析,并提出针对性解决策略;于2023年1—6月选取福建医科大学附属漳州市医院质控科病案室100例患者作为试验组,实施住院患者病例分型措施干预。比较住院患者病例分型应用前后患者住院时间、医疗费用、药品差错发生率、医疗纠纷事件发生率以及并发症发生率。结果试验组住院时间为(9.61±3.21)d,短于对照组的(15.72±6.62)d;试验组医疗费用为(9635.68±36.68)元,低于对照组的(12750.56±57.82)元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组药品差错发生率和医疗纠纷事件发生率分别为1.00%、1.00%,均低于对照组的9.00%、8.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率为3.00%,低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院医疗质量管理中采用住院患者病例分型,能够有效提升医院的医疗服务质量,进而缩短患者的住院时间,减轻患者的经济负担,促进医院和患者之间的和谐共处;因此,住院患者病例分型模式在医院医疗质量管理中具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of case classification of inpatients in hospital medical quality management for case classification of inpatients.Methods A total of 100 patients from the quality control department medical record room,Zhangzhou Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January to June 2022 were selected as the control group to analyze the medical quality management problems in the hospital and put forward targeted solutions.From January to June 2023,a total of 100 patients in the quality control department medical record room,Zhangzhou Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were selected as the experimental group to implement case-typing intervention measures for inpatients.The hospitalization time,medical cost,incidence of drug error,incidence of medical disputes and complication rate were compared before and after the application of case typing.Results The hospitalization time of experimental group was(9.61±3.21)days,which was shorter than(15.72±6.62)days of control group.The medical cost of experimental group was(9635.68±36.68)yuan,which was lower than(12750.56±57.82)yuan of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of drug error and medical dispute events in the experimental group were 1.00%and 1.00%,respectively,which were lower than 9.00%and 8.00%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 3.00%,which was lower than 16.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of inpatient case classification in hospital medical quality management can effectively improve the quality of hospital medical services,shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the economic burden of patients,and promote the harmonious coexistence between hospitals and patients.Therefore,the inpatient case classification model has high application value in hospital medical quality management.
