医院第三方服务全流程精细化管理优化研究

摘　　要：随着医疗行业竞争加剧,提升医院的服务质量、降低运营成本,逐渐从粗狂型管理向精细化过渡是各大医疗机构关注的焦点,文章旨在探讨如何通过加强对第三方服务公司的精细化管理来提升医院服务质量。文章以北京市顺义区医院为例,通过纪检部门对第三方服务公司的日常进行督查,发现医院对第三方服务公司的管理较为粗放,由于日常监管的不到位,会给医院造成资金浪费,也会降低患者的满意度,且存在廉政风险,影响和制约医院的健康发展。因此通过专项工作的开展,提出改进建议,从第三方服务的造价咨询,公司的招标选取、合同签订、日常管理等几方面开展精细化管理工作,实现了纪检部门发现问题、提出建议、督导改进的闭环管理,从而提升医院精细化管理水平,以期为其他医院在提升医院精细化管理方面提供经验参考。With the intensification of competition in the medical industry,it is the focus of major medical institutions to improve the service quality of hospitals,reduce operating costs,and gradually transition from rough management to fine management.This paper aims to explore how to improve the quality of service by strengthening the meticulous administration of third-party service companies.The article takes the example of Beijing Shunyi Hospital,where the discipline inspection department conducted daily inspections of third-party service companies.It was found that the hospital's management of third-party service companies is relatively extensive,and due to inadequate daily supervision,it will cause waste of funds to the hospital,reduce patient satisfaction,and present a risk of integrity,affecting and restricting the healthy development of the hospital.Therefore,through the development of special work,proposing improvements,consulting on costs from third-party services,and selecting tenders from companies.The implementation of refined management work in several aspects such as contract signing and day-to-day management has realized the closed-loop management of the disciplinary inspection department to identify problems, make suggestions, and supervise improvements, thereby enhancing the level of refined hospital management, with a view to providing other hospitals with experience in improving the refined management of hospitals.
