摘　　要：文章主要探究助力现代化公立医院廉政风险防控体系建设的方法和效果。在研究中,首先分析了当前公立医院廉政风险防控体系建设的国内外研究背景,了解现代化公立医院廉政风险防控体系建设的发展情况;然后结合医院实际情况和当前时代特点,探究现代化公立医院廉政风险防控体系建设的原则和机制,提高把握公立医院廉政风险防控工作新方向和解决实际问题的能力;并且分析具体的实施方法,包括改进和完善制度建设,控制防范风险点,营造风清正气的良好环境,着力于加强事前预警、事中检查,更好地引导全员重视,全员参与的新气象,助力推动公立医院廉政风险防控体系建设,从而有效地建立起科学、严密、有效的廉政风险防控体系,为公立医院的健康发展提供有力保障。This paper mainly explores the methods and effects of assisting the construction of an honest government risk prevention and control system in modern public hospitals.In the research,it first analyzes the current domestic and foreign research background of the construction of an honest government risk prevention and control system in public hospitals,and understands the development of the construction of an honest government risk prevention and control system in modern public hospitals.Explore the principles and mechanisms for the construction of the risk prevention and control system of clean government in modern public hospitals,improve the ability to grasp the new direction of risk prevention and control in public hospitals and solve practical problems,and analyze specific implementation methods,including improving and perfecting system construction,controlling and preventing risk points,creating a good environment of clean and upright atmosphere,and focusing on strengthening advance warning and in-process inspection.Better guide the new atmosphere of full staff attention and full participation, help promote the construction of public hospital integrity risk prevention and control system, so as to effectively establish a scientific, rigorous and effective integrity risk prevention and control system, and provide a strong guarantee for the healthy development of public hospitals.
