摘 要:随着社会对医疗服务需求的日益提高,医务科在推动医院发展、提升服务水平以及构建和谐医患关系方面扮演着越来越关键的角色。医务科的重要作用和职能不仅体现其在医院管理中的枢纽地位,更在于其直接关联医疗质量与医疗安全的各项措施能否得以有效实施。基于精细化管理,医务科能为医院提供坚实的质量保障,最终达成医院和谐发展和社会对高质量医疗服务的期待。而提升医院服务水平和构建和谐医患关系,则是医务科在未来发展道路上必须主动担当的社会责任。文章研究了医务科在医院医疗质量管理中的重要作用及职能,并针对存在的问题提出了一系列的优化策略,旨在为相关人员工作提供参考。With the increasing social demand for medical services,the medical affairs department plays an increasingly key role in promoting the development of hospitals,improving the service level and building harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The important role and function of the medical affairs department ar e not only reflected in its pivotal position in hospital management,but also in whether various measures directly related to medical quality and safety can be effectively implemented.Based on refined management,medical affairs department can provide solid quality assurance for hospitals,ultimately achieving harmonious development of hospitals and the society's expectations for high-quality medical services.Improving the service level of hospitals and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship are the social responsibilities that medical affairs department must actively undertake on their future development path.This article studies the important role and functions of medical affairs department in hospital medical quality management,and proposes a series of optimization strategies to address the existing problems,aiming to provide reference for relevant personnel's work.
