补肾化浊活血汤联合体外冲击波治疗早中期股骨头坏死的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨补肾化浊活血汤联合体外冲击波治疗早中期股骨头坏死的效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年1月吉林省吉林中西医结合医院收治的60例早中期股骨头坏死患者进行研究。依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30,口服仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗)与治疗组(n=30,补肾化浊活血汤联合体外发散式冲击波治疗)。对比2组患者治疗效果、髋关节功能优良率、股骨头形态及髋关节功能评分。结果 治疗组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组患者髋关节功能优良率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组治疗后股骨头形态改善有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后1、6个月,治疗组髋关节功能量表评分(Harris hip score,HHS)分别为(85.66±8.04)分、(83.73±7.93)分,均高于对照组的(77.31±9.99)分、(71.31±8.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 补肾化浊活血汤联合体外冲击波对早中期股骨头坏死治疗效果显著,利于髋关节功能改善。Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Huazhuo Huoxue decoction combined with extracorporeal shock wave treatment on early and middle stage femoral head necrosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with early and middle stage femoral head necrosis admitted to Jilin Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Jilin Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected for the study.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=30,treated with oral Xianling Gubao capsules)and treatment group(n=30,treated with Bushen Huazhuo Huoxue decoction combined with extracorporeal divergent shock wave therapy).The treatment effect, excellent and good rate of hip joint function, femoral head shape and hip joint function score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%, which was higher than 66.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the treatment group was 90.00%, which was higher than 66.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The improvement rate of femoral head morphology in the treatment group was 96.67%, which was higher than 70.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). At 1 and 6 months after treatment, the Harris hip score (HHS) in the treatment group were (85.66±8.04) points and (83.73±7.93) points, respectively, which were higher than (77.31±9.99) points and (71.31±8.23) points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.001). Conclusion Bushen Huazhuo Huoxue decoction combined with extracorporeal shock wave has a remarkable effect on the treatment of femoral head necrosis in the early and middle stages, which is beneficial to the improvement of hip joint function.
