摘　　要：目的描述围透析期患者心理痛苦体验,旨在为围透析期患者制定针对性的护理支持方案提供参考依据。方法采用描述性质性研究方法,按照目的抽样法,选取2024年7月~10月本院收治的10例围透析期患者为研究对象,进行半结构式访谈,采用常规内容分析法对访谈资料进行分析整理,并提炼主题。结果将围透析期患者心理痛苦体验提炼为3个主题:心理痛苦的表现(病耻感、对过去的悔恨、生命无意义感);心理痛苦的原因(个人期望与现实的矛盾冲突、疾病接受度低、躯体不良反应);心理痛苦的应对方式(封闭自我、改变状态)。结论围透析期患者由于疾病和治疗限制、个人期望与现实的矛盾冲突以及缺乏疾病知识等原因,普遍存在心理痛苦,护理人员需要重点关注该类人群的心理状态,并制定针对性的干预措施缓解心理痛苦,以提高患者的生存质量。Objective To describe the psychological distress experience of peridialysis patients in order to provide reference for formulating targeted nursing support programs for peridialysis patients.Methods A descriptive study was used to select 10 patients in the peridialysis period from July to October 2024 for semi-structured interviews according to the purpose sampling method.The interview data were analyzed and sorted out by conventional content analysis method,and the themes were extracted.Results The psychological distress experience of peridialysis patients was divided into three themes:the manifestation of psychological distress(shame,regret over the past,sense of meaninglessness in life).Causes of psychological distress(conflict between personal expectations and reality,low acceptance of disease,physical adverse reactions).Coping style of psychological distress(closing oneself,changing state).Conclusion Peridialysis patients generrally suffer psychological distress due to the limitations of disease and treatment,the conflict between personal expectation and reality,and the lack of disease knowledge,and nursing staff need to pay attention to the psychological state of this group of people,and formulate targeted intervention measures to alleviate psychological distress,so as to improve the quality oflifeofpatients.
