脑瘫患儿家长疾病不确定感现状与影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析脑瘫患儿家长疾病不确定感现状与影响因素。方法选取2022年9月~2024年8月期间于本院就诊的88例脑瘫患儿家长作为研究对象,使用自拟基本资料调查表、疾病不确定感父母量表(PPUS)、父母用应对方式量表(CHIP)、中文版家庭坚韧性量表(CFRS)进行调查。观察88例脑瘫患儿家长的PPUS量表各维度评分与总分情况,并对其疾病不确定感的影响因素进行单因素分析与二元Logistic回归分析。结果经调查显示,88例脑瘫患儿家长的疾病不确定感得分为104.25±6.08分,其中低水平27例(30.68%),中高水平61例(69.32%)。低水平与中高水平疾病不确定感组在患儿治疗时间、家长文化水平、家庭人均月收入、CHIP评分、CFRS评分比较中,结果差异显著(P<0.05)。经二元Logistic回归分析显示,患儿治疗时间、家长文化水平、家庭人均月收入、疾病应对方式、家庭坚韧性是脑瘫患儿家长疾病不确定的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论脑瘫患儿家长的疾病不确定感处于中等水平,患儿治疗时间、家长的文化水平、家庭人均月收入、疾病应对方式、家庭坚韧性是其独立的影响因素。Objective To analyze the status quo and infuencing factors of uncertainty in parents of children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 88 parents of children with cerebral palsy who were admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects,and the self-designed basic data questionnaire,the parents'perception of uncertainty scale(PPUS),the coping health inventory for parents(CHIP),and the Chinese family resilience scale(CFRS)were used to investigate.The PPUS scale scores and total scores of 88 children with cerebral palsy were observed,and the influencing factors of disease uncertainty were analyzed by univariate analysis and binary Logistic regression analysis.Results The results showed that the score of the parents of 88 children with cerebral palsy was 104.25±6.08 points,including 27 cases with low level(30.68%)and 61 cases with high level(69.32%).There were significant differences in treatment time,parents'education level,family per capita monthly income,CHIP score and CFRS score between low level and middle level of disease uncertainty group(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the time oftreatment,parents'education level,per capita monthly family income,disease coping style and family tenacity were the influential factors for the disease uncertainty of parents of children with cerebral palsy(P<0.05).Conclusion The uncertainty of the parents of children with cerebral palsy is at a moderate level,and the treatment time,parents'education level,family per capita monthly income,disease coping style and family tenacity are independent influencingfactors.
