摘  要:目的考察大学生主动性人格对学校适应的影响,并探讨自我效能感在其中的作用。方法采用随机抽样的方法,使用主动性人格量表、自我效能感量表、中国大学生适应量表对广东某职业本科学校2879名学生进行调查。结果(1)学校适应、主动性人格、自我效能感得分均高于理论中值,且三者在生活环境中存在显著差异;(2)自我效能感在大学生主动性人格和学校适应之间起着部分中介的作用。结论主动性人格不仅能直接影响大学生学校适应,还能通过自我效能感间接影响大学生学校适应。该结果对一线职业高校教育者在教育与管理学生方面有一定启示。Objective Exploring the effect of proactive personality on school adaptation of undergraduate students,and the role of self-efficacy was explored.Methods In this study,2879 Guangdong vocational undergraduate students were surveyed using a random sampling method with proactive personality scale,self-eficacy scale and school adaptation scale.Results The scores of school adaptation,proactive personality,and self-efficacy are all higher than the theoretical median,and there are significant differences among the in terms of students'birthplace.@Self-efficacy act as an intermediary between proactive personality and school adaptation.Conclusion Proactive personality can not only directly affect school adaptation of undergraduate students,but also indirectly affect school adaptation of undergraduate students through self-efficacy.The results might arouse teaching staff to educate and manage students.
