摘 要:目的了解高职院校学生社会情感能力现状。方法采用方便取样的方法,在2023年10月~12月,对北京市三所高等职业院校707名大学生进行问卷调查研究。结果研究发现高职院校学生的社会情感能力整体呈中等偏上水平;高职院校学生社会情感能力显著低于大学本科生(P<0.001);高职院校学生社会情感能力在不同性别和年级之间存在显著差异,具体而言,女生在协作能力、情绪调节及任务表现方面显著高于男生(Ps<0.001),而男生则在开放思维和交往能力方面显著高于女生(Ps<0.001);此外,不同年级学生之间的社会情感能力也呈现出显著差异,大学三年级和大学一年级学生的整体社会情感能力高于大二学生(Ps<0.05)。结论学校需重视学生社会情感能力及不同维度的培养,关注学生个体差异,提供个性化关怀等。Objective To understand the current situation of social and emotional competence among students in higher vocational colleges.Methods A convenience sampling method was employed to conduct a questionnaire survey among 707 college students from three vocational colleges in Beijing from October to December 2023.Results The study found that the overall socio-emotional competence of students in higher vocational colleges was moderately high;the social and emotional competence of vocational college students was significantly lower than that of undergraduate students(P<0.001);there were significant differences in socio-emotional competence between genders and grade levels;specifically,female students were significantly higher than male students in collaboration,emotional regulation,and task performance(Ps<0.o01),while male students significantly higher than female students in open-mindedness and engaging with others(Ps<0.001).In addition,there were significant differences in social and emotional competence among students of different grades,with third-year and first-year students having higher overall social and emotional competence than second-year students(Ps<0.05).Conclusion Schools need to pay attention to the cultivation of students'social and emotional competence and its different dimensions,take into account individual differences among students,and provide differentiated care.
