摘 要:目的考察高职学生心理资本与体育学习绩效现状,探讨两者之间的关系,进而促进高职学生心理资本与体育学习绩效的提升。方法采用张阔等人编制的积极心理资本问卷、潘丽佳编制的学习绩效量表,对采用分层随机抽样法选取的1093名高职学生进行调查。结果(1)高职学生总体心理资本均值(4.72)和各维度均值(自我效能为4.58、韧性为4.47、希望为4.91、乐观为4.97)都显著高于理论均值4(P<0.05),即高职学生心理资本处于中上水平;性别在自我效能及总体心理资本上的差异显著(P<0.05);专业在自我效能、韧性及总体心理资本上的差异显著(P<0.05);年级在自我效能、希望及总体心理资本上的差异显著(P<0.05);身体形态在自我效能、韧性及总体心理资本上的差异显著(P<0.05)。(2)高职学生总体体育学习绩效(3.60)和各维度(行为为3.44、素质为3.67、时间为3.61)都高于理论均值3(P<0.05),即高职学生的体育学习绩效处于中上水平。(3)高职学生心理资本与体育学习绩效之间呈显著正相关(r=0.689,P<0.01)。结论高职学生心理资本与体育学习绩效之间呈显著正相关,心理资本对体育学习绩效具有较强的预测力。Objective To investigate the current status of psychological capital and sports learning performance of vocational college students,explore the relationship between them,and ultimately promote the improvement of psychological capital and sports learning performance of vocational college students.Methods A total of 1093 vocational college students were selected through stratified random sampling and surveyed using the positive psychological capital questionnaire and the learning performance scale compiled by Pan Lijia.Results The mean value of the overall psychological capital of vocational college students(4.72)and the mean values of each dimension(self-efficacy at 4.58,resilience at 4.47,hope at 4.91,and optimism at 4.97)were all significantly higher than the theoretical mean of 4(P<0.05),indicating that the psychological capital of vocational college students was at an upper-middle level.There were significant differences in self-efficacy and overall psychological capital between genders(P<0.05).There were significant differences in self-efficacy,resilience and overall psychological capital among different majors(P<0.05).There were significant differences in self-eficacy,hope and overall psychological capital among different grades(P<0.05).There were significant differences in self-efficacy,resilience and overall psychological capital among different body types(P<0.05).The overall physical education learning performance of vocational college students(3.60)and each dimension(behavior at 3.44,quality at 3.67,time at 3.61)were all higher than the theoretical mean of 3(P<0.05),indicating that the physical education learning performance of vocational college students was at an upper-middle level.There was a significant positive correlation between the psychological capital of vocational college students and their sports learning performance(r=0.689,P<0.01).Conclusion There was a significant positive correlation between psychological capital and sports learning performance of vocational college students,and psycholog
