绘画团体辅助活动对精神分裂症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的分析绘画团体辅助活动对精神分裂症患者冲动行为的影响。方法将2023年2月~2024年9月期间本院收治的80例精神分裂症患者以随机数表法分为两组,各40例。观察组和对照组均采用常规治疗和护理,观察组同时给予绘画团体辅助活动治疗。对两组患者治疗前7 d和治疗完成后7 d内的阴性症状评定量表(SANS)、阳性症状评定量表(SAPS)、外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)、自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)进行比较,同时比较两组患者的不良反应情况。结果治疗后较治疗前两组患者的SAPS评分、SANS评分、MOAS评分均降低,且观察组较低(P<0.05)。治疗后较治疗前两组患者的ITAQ评分均升高,且观察组较高(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论绘画团体辅助活动能够改善精神分裂症患者的阳性、阴性症状,减少冲动行为,改善自知力和治疗态度,且无明显不良反应。Objective To analyze the efects of group assisted activities on impulsive behavior in patients with schizophrenia.Methods From February 2023 to September 2024,80 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Both the observation group and the control group received conventional treatment and care.In addition,the observation group was given painting group-assisted activity therapy.The negative symptom rating scale(SANS),positive symptom rating scale(SAPS),explicit aggressive behavior scale(MOAS),self-awareness and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ)of the two groups were compared 7 days before and 7 days after treatment,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the SAPS score,SANS score,and MOAS score of both groups were all reduced compared with those before treatment,and the observation group had lower scores(P<0.05).After treatment,the ITAQ score of both groups was increased compared with that before treatment,and the observation group had a higher score(P<0.05).There was no significant diference in the overll incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Painting group assisted activity can improve positive and negative symptoms,reduce impulsive behavior,improve self-awareness and treatment attitude of schizophrenia patients,and no obvious adverse reactions.
