摘　　要：目的观察基于PERMA模式的心理护理对老年抑郁症患者心理状态、自尊水平及生活质量的影响。方法以2022年4月~2024年3月为时间节点,研究纳入盐城市第四人民医院收治的老年抑郁症患者78例,随机等比分为两组,39例对照组开展常规护理,39例研究组开展基于PERMA模式的心理护理,对比两组心理状态、自尊水平及生活质量。计数资料以χ^(2)检验,正态计量资料以t检验。结果护理后,研究组抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分均低于对照组,自尊量表(SES)评分高于对照组,物质生活、社会功能、心理健康及躯体健康维度生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于PERMA模式的心理护理可有效改善老年抑郁症患者的心理状态,提高自尊水平,促进生活质量提高。Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing based on PERMA model on the psychological state,self-esteem level,and quality of life of elderly patients with depression.Methods From April 2022 to March 2024,a total of 78 elderly patients with depression admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Yancheng City were studied and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group received psychological nursing based on the PERMA model.The psychological status,self-esteem level,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Counting data is tested by x,and normal measurement data is tested by t.Results After nursing,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and Hamilton depression scale-17(HAMD-17)score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,while the self-esteem scale(SES)score was higher than that of the control group.The generic quality of life inventory 74(GQOLI-74)scores in the dimensions of material life,social function,mental health,and physical health were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the PERMA model,GQOLI-74 scores were higher than those of the control group.Psychological care can effectively improve the psychological state of elderly patients with depression,enhance their self-esteem,and promote an improvement in their quality of life.
