药物联合焦点解决短期治疗对抑郁症合并焦虑患者的效果及对症状的影响

摘　　要：目的分析药物联合焦点解决短期治疗对抑郁症合并焦虑患者的效果及对症状的影响。方法对抑郁症合并焦虑患者进行选取,时间为2022.1~2024.1,共计收录90例,随机数字表法分为两组:参照组(n=45)、观察组(n=45),参照组开展常规药物治疗,观察组抑郁症合并焦虑患者联合焦点解决短期治疗,比较两组样本的治疗有效率、睡眠质量评分、心理状态评分、不良反应发生率差异。结果观察组抑郁症合并焦虑患者的治疗有效率为91.11%,显著高于参照组抑郁症合并焦虑患者的68.89%(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组抑郁症合并焦虑患者的睡眠质量评分显著低于参照组抑郁症合并焦虑患者,焦虑、抑郁评分有所降低且显著低于参照组抑郁症合并焦虑患者,锥体外系反应、肝功能异常、视物模糊、低血压等不良反应发生率显著低于参照组抑郁症合并焦虑患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药物联合焦点解决短期治疗在抑郁症合并焦虑患者中的应用效果确切。该方法结合了药物治疗、短期心理治疗的优势,能调节患者脑内的神经递质平衡,减轻抑郁和焦虑症状。焦点解决短期治疗帮助患者识别改变不良的思维行为模式,增强应对困难的能力,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the effects of drug joint solution-focused brief therapy on depression and anxiety patients and its effects on symptoms.Methods Patients with depression combined with anxiety were selected from 2022.1 to 2024.1,and a total of 90 cases were included,which were divided into two groups by randomized numerical table method:the reference group(n=45)and the observation group(n=45).The reference group received conventional drug treatment,and the observation group depression combined with anxiety patients joint solution-focused brief therapy.The therapeutic effectiveness,sleep quality score,psychological state score and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of samples of patients with depression and anxiety were compared.Results The effective rate of depression and anxiety in observation group was 91.43%,higher than 68.57%in reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality score of depression and anxiety patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of depression and anxiety patients in the reference group;the anxiety and depression scores were decreased and significantly lower than that of depression and anxiety patients in the reference group;the incidence of extrapyramidal reaction,abnormal liver function,blurred vision,hypotension and other adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of depression and anxiety patients in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of drug joint solution-focused brief therapy in patients with depression and anxiety is clear.This method combines the advantages of drug therapy and short-term psychotherapy to regulate the balance of neurotransmitters in the brain of patients and reduce the symptoms of depression and anxiety.Short-term treatment helps patients identify and change bad thinking and behavior patterns,enhance their ability to cope with difficulties,and improve their qualityof life.
