理性情绪行为疗法联合天麻钩藤汤治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨理性情绪行为疗法(REBT)联合天麻钩藤汤治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕患者的效果。方法选取2023年5月~2024年5月临沂市中医医院收治的肝阳上亢型眩晕患者78例,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=39)。对照组采用天麻钩藤汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用REBT,两组均干预4周。比较两组心理状态、眩晕程度、日常生活能力及生活质量。计数资料以χ^(2)检验,正态计量资料以t检验。结果干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组眩晕评定量表(DARS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组日常生活活动量表(ADLS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量调查表(QLQ-C30)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论REBT联合天麻钩藤汤可有效提高肝阳上亢型眩晕患者的治疗效果,改善患者的心理状态,提高日常生活能力和生活质量。Objective To investigate the efficacy of rational emotional behavior therapy(REBT)combined with Tianma Gouteng soup in treating patients with liver yang hyperactivity type dizziness.Methods A total of 78 patients with vertigo due to hyperactivity of liver Yang were selected from Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between May 2023 and May 2024.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=39)and an observation group(n=39).The control group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction,while the observation group received REBT in addition to the treatment given to the control group.Both groups were intervened for 4 weeks.The psychological status,severity of vertigo,daily living ability.and quality of life were compared between the two groups.The count data were analyzed by x test,and the normal measurement data were analyzed by t test.Results The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The dizziness assessment rating scale(DARS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The activity of daily living scale(ADLS)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension in the quality of life questionnaire-core 30(QLQ-C30)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion REBT combined with Tianma Gouteng Decoction can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with liver yang hyperactivity type dizziness,improve their psychological state,and enhance their daily living ability and quality of life.
