摘　　要：目的探究问题解决模式下的集束化心理护理对宫颈癌患者术后化疗间歇期的干预效果。方法选取2024年3月~2024年9月绵阳市中心医院收治的94例宫颈癌术后化疗患者,以随机数字表法分为A组(n=47)与B组(n=47)。B组采取常规护理,A组在B组基础上采取问题解决模式下的集束化心理护理。比较两组干预后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、癌症患者生命质量评定量表(QLQ-C30)评分及患者护理满意度。正态计量资料以t检验,计数资料以χ^(2)检验。结果干预后,A组VAS、HAMA、HAMD评分均较B组低,QLQ-C30各维度评分较B组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,A组患者护理满意度较B组高(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者术后化疗间歇期经问题解决模式下的集束化心理护理可减轻患者疼痛,改善其心理状态及生活质量,患者护理满意度较高。Objective The intervention effect of bundled psychological nursing under the problem-solving mode on postoperative chemotherapy interval in cervical cancer patients.Methods Ninety-four patients with postoperative chemotherapy for cervical cancer in Mianyang Central Hospital from March 2024 to September 2024 were selected and divided into group A(n=47)and group B(n=47)by random number table method.Group B took routine nursing,group A took cluster psychological nursing under problem solving mode based on group B.The visual analog scale(VAS)score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,cancer quality of life rating scale(QLQ-C30)score and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups after intervention.T test was used for normal measurement data,and x’test was used for count data.Results After intervention,the scores of VAS,HAMA and HAMD in group A were lower than those in group B,and the scores of all dimensions of QLQ-C30 in group A were higher than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing satisfaction of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster psychological nursing under the problem solving mode during the interval of chemotherapy for cervical cancer patients after surgery can reduce the pain of patients,improve their psychological state and quality of life,and the nursing satisfaction of patients'family members is high.
