心理导泄联合共情沟通护理模式在腹腔镜疝修补术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜疝修补术患者采用心理导泄联合共情沟通护理模式的效果。方法选取2021年5月~2024年5月沂水县四十里堡镇中心卫生院收治的腹腔镜疝修补术患者共计80例,根据随机数字表法分成观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),对照组采用常规心理护理干预,观察组采用心理导泄联合共情沟通护理模式干预,比较两组负面情绪、自我感受负担、自我效能、生活质量。结果干预后两组负面情绪降低(P<0.05),观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05);干预后两组自我感受负担下降(P<0.05),观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05);干预后两组自我效能提高(P<0.05),观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05);干预后两组生活质量提高(P<0.05),观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜疝修补术患者给予心理导泄联合共情沟通护理模式干预,能够改善其负面情绪,减轻自我感受负担,提高自我效能感及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of psychological guidance and empathetic communication nursing mode on patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair.Methods A total of 80 underwent laparoscopic hernia repair surgery patients from May 2021 to May 2024 who were admitted in Yishui County Sishilipu Town Central Health Center were selected,and randomly divided into the control group(n=40,routine psychological nursing intervention)and the observation group(n=40,psychological guidance combined with empathetic communication nursing intervention).The negative emotions,self perceived burden,self-efficacy and quality of life in both groups were compared.Results After intervention,negative emotions in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparison of the control group,the observation group was lower(P<0.05).After intervention,self perceived burden in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparison of the control group,the observation group was lower(P<0.05).After intervention,self-eficacy in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and in comparison of the control group,the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After intervention,quality of life in both groups were increased(P<o.05),and in comparison of the control group,the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing psychological guidance and empathetic communication nursing intervention to patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair can improve their negative emotions,reduce their self perceived burden,and enhance their quality of life and self-efficacy.
