摘 要:目的为深入了解粤西H市中小学心理健康教育资源配置现状及存在的问题,并提出优化策略。方法采用自编问卷随机抽样调查粤西地区H市221所中小学,从人力、财力、物质、制度和文化等五方面深入调研。结果调研发现,H市中小学在心理健康教育资源配置方面存在一些问题,包括人力资源配置喜忧参半、财力资源较为短缺、物质资源配备不够完善、管理制度有待规范以及文化资源参差不齐等。结论基于调研结果,本研究提出了将学校心理健康教育从教育模式转向服务模式的建议,并探索整合社区、家庭等社会资源,以更好地服务于学校心理健康教育的优化方向。Objective To gain a thorough understanding of the current status and existing issues regarding the allocation of mental health education resources in primary and secondary schools in H City,Western Guangdong,and to propose optimization strategies.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a random sampling survey of 221 primary and secondary schools in H City,Western Guangdong,with an in-depth investigation from five aspects:human resources,financial resources,material resources,management systems,and cultural resources.Results The survey found that there are some problems in the allocation of mental health education resources in primary and secondary schools in H City,including a mixed situation in human resource allocation,relatively insufficient financial resources,incomplete material resource provision,the need for standardization of management systems,and uneven cultural resources.Conclusion Based on the survey results,this study suggests shifting the school mental health education model from an educational approach to a service-oriented one,and explores the integration of community,family,and other social resources to better serve the optimization of school mental health education.
