摘 要:目的 探析在小儿呼吸阻塞疾病中以雾化吸入的方式联合应用布地奈德与复方异丙托溴铵治疗的临床效果。方法 将南平市人民医院儿科2021年3月至2023年3月诊疗的小儿呼吸阻塞患儿150例以随机数字表法分为两组,各75例。两组均接受常规对症治疗,在此基础上,对照组增加布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组增加布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗。对比两组治疗前后的呼吸功能、症状及体征评分,统计两组临床治疗总有效率和不良反应。结果 观察组治疗后的呼吸频率、PaCO_(2)水平较对照组低,且PaO_(2)水平较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后症状及体征评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对小儿呼吸阻塞疾病,布地奈德、复方异丙托溴铵联合方案以雾化吸入给药治疗,可提高临床治疗效果,不仅有助于推动症状及体征改善,还可恢复正常呼吸功能,且不会额外增加不良反应,安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nebulization combined with budesonide and ipratropium bromide in the treatment of children with obstructive respiratory diseases.Methods Using random number table method,150 children with respiratory obstruction diagnosed and treated in the Department of Pediatrics of Nanping People’s Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were divided into twos groups,with 75 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the control group was given budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment,and the observation group was given budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment combined with compound ipratropium bromide.Comparative analysis of respiratory function,symptom and sign scores,overall clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions between groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,RR and PaCO_(2) levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,and PaO_(2) levels were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Symptoms and signs scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The observation group demonstrated a higher overall clinical efficacy rate compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group exhibited a lower incidence of adverse reactions compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For pediatric respiratory obstructive diseases,the combined regimen of budesonide and ipratropium bromide administered via nebulization can enhance clinical treatment efficacy.This approach not only facilitates the improvement of symptoms and signs but also helps restore normal respiratory function,without significantly increasing adverse reactions,demonstrating a high safety profile.
