高血压规范化管理对高血压的防治效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探究分析高血压规范化管理对高血压的防治效果。方法 将2023年1月至2024年1月甘肃省陇南市成县疾病预防控制中心的102例高血压患者作为此次研究对象。用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用高血压规范化管理,对比两组血压水平、自我管理能力、并发症发生率及生活质量。结果 干预前两组收缩压、舒张压水平、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分对比无统计学意义(P> 0.05);干预后观察组收缩压、舒张压、并发症发生率低于对照组,ESCA评分及36项简明健康状况调查问卷评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对高血压的防治需从多维度出发,确保干预措施的规范性,才能够显著改善患者血压水平、自我管理能力、并发症发生率及生活质量。Objective To explore and analyze the preventive and therapeutic effects of standardized management of hypertension.Methods One hundred and two hypertensive patients from the Cheng County Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Longnan City,Gansu Province from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine management,while the observation group received standardized management of hypertension.The blood pressure levels of the two groups were compared,selfmanagement ability,incidence of complications and quality of life.Results There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and complication rate in observation group were lower than those in control group,and ESCA score and 36-item short from health survey score were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The prevention and treatment of hypertension need to start from multiple dimensions and ensure the standardization of intervention measures in order to significantly improve patients’blood pressure levels,self-management ability,incidence of complications and quality of life.
