超声引导臂丛神经后束阻滞联合手法松解应用于冻结肩的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析超声引导臂丛神经后束阻滞联合手法松解应用于冻结肩的治疗效果。方法 收集无锡市第八人民医院2022年1月1日至2024年1月1日期间疼痛科收治的行择期冻结肩松解治疗的40例冻结肩住院患者为研究对象,以数字抽取方法分作两组(对照组/观察组,每组20例)。对照组应用臂丛神经阻滞联合手法松解治疗,观察组应用臂丛神经后束阻滞联合手法松解治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组相关评分、影像学指标、血清炎症因子水平、肩关节活动度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 超声引导臂丛神经后束阻滞联合手法松解治疗冻结肩疗效显著,可有效缓解患者疼痛,改善其肩关节功能,减轻其炎症反应,从而促进其肩关节活动度的提高。Objective Analyze the therapeutic effect of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block combined with manual release on frozen shoulder.Methods Forty hospitalized frozen shoulder patients who underwent elective frozen shoulder release treatment in the Pain Department of Wuxi Eighth People’s Hospital from January 1,2022 to January 1,2024 were collected as samples and divided into two groups(control group/observation group,20 cases in each group)using digital extraction method.The control group was treated with brachial plexus block combined with manual release,while the observation group was treated with brachial plexus posterior bundle block combined with manual release.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group’s related scores,imaging indicators,serum inflammatory factor levels,and shoulder joint range of motion were all superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block combined with manual release therapy has significant therapeutic effects on frozen shoulder,effectively relieving patients’pain,improving their shoulder joint function,reducing their inflammatory response,and promoting the improvement of shoulder joint mobility.
