摘　　要：目的探讨滋肾健脾疏肝汤联合针灸治疗卵巢储备功能减退(DOR)患者的临床有效性及安全性。方法选择2023年1月至2024年6月期间于北京市东城区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心就诊的70例DOR患者作为本次研究对象,根据不同治疗方法将其分为两组,研究组与对照组各35例DOR患者,对照组DOR患者均接受激素治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予滋肾健脾疏肝汤配合针灸治疗,记录并对比两组治疗前及治疗3个月后激素水平及卵巢基质动脉血流参数。结果治疗3个月后两组E_(2)、LH、FSH水平对比有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中两组E_(2)水平均提高且LH、FSH水平均下降;RI及S/D检测值治疗3个月后组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对DOR患者积极使用中医滋肾健脾疏肝汤联合针灸治疗方案效果显著,有利于获得更优的激素水平、卵巢基质动脉血流参数。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zishen Jianpi Shugan Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve(DOR).Methods Seventy patients with DOR who visited Dongcheng District Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,35 patients with DOR in the study group and 35 patients in the control group,and all DOR patients in the control group received hormone therapy.On the basis of the control group,the study group was given Zishen Jianpi Shugan Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment.To record and compare the hormone levels and ovarian stromal artery blood flow parameters of the two groups before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the levels of E_(2),LH and FSH were significantly compared between the two groups(P<0.05),and the levels of E_(2)were increased and the levels of LH and FSH were decreased in both groups.The comparison of RI and S/D values between groups after 3 months of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with DOR,the active use of traditional Chinese medicine Zishen Jianpi Shugan Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant effect,which is conducive to obtaining better hormone levels,ovarian stromal artery blood flow parameters.
