摘　　要：斑秃是一种皮肤科常见的自身免疫性疾病,名老中医张曾譻教授对斑秃的治疗临床经验丰富,张教授认为其病机不外乎本虚标实,肝、肾、脾、心亏虚为本,痰、湿、瘀等邪实为标。故临证时需切中病机,标本兼顾,方可效如桴鼓。Alopecia areata is a common autoimmune disease in dermatology.Professor Zhang Zengying,a renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner,has rich clinical experience in treating alopecia areata.Professor Zhang believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is nothing more than deficiency of the root and excess of the appearance.Deficiency of the liver,kidneys,spleen,and heart is the root,while pathogenic factors such as phlegm,dampness,and blood stasis are the appearance.Therefore,in clinical practice,it is necessary to identify the pathogenesis and take into account the specimen in order to achieve the desired effect.
