丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 分析为冠心病心绞痛患者使用丹红注射液治疗的效果。方法 抽取2023年5月至2024年5月期间济南市第三人民医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者160例,以随机数字表法分组,接受西医药治疗(硫酸氢氯吡格雷+阿司匹林肠溶片+阿托伐他汀)的80例患者为对照组,在西医治疗的基础上联合使用丹红注射液治疗的80例患者为观察组,均治疗4周,对比心电图疗效、血液流变学指标、治疗后1个月及3个月时中医症状积分、治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组患者心电图疗效、血液流变学指标、治疗后1个月及3个月时中医症状积分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 治疗冠心病心绞痛时,除西医药治疗外,联合使用丹红注射液可发挥中医治疗的优势,不仅有助于改善临床症状,还能从血液流变学指标上做出改进,且不会增加用药后不良反应发生风险。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Danhong injection on angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Selecting 160 patients with coronary heart disease and angina admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Jinan City from May 2023 to May 2024,grouping by random number table method.80 patients receiving Western medicine treatment(clopidogrel bisulfate+aspirin enteric-coated tablets+atorvastatin)were selected as control group,and 80 patients receiving combined treatment with Danhong injection on the basis of Western medicine treatment were selected as observation group.After 4 weeks of treatment,ECG efficacy,hemorheology indexes,TCM symptom score at 1 month and 3 months after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions during treatment.Results After treatment,the ECG efficacy,blood rheology indexes,and TCM symptom scores of the patients in the observation group were better than those of the control group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,in addition to western medicine treatment,the combined use of Danhong injection can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,improve the level of hemorheology indexes,improve clinical symptoms,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
