中医针灸联用补肾宁心汤应用于治疗女性更年期失眠症的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨中医针灸联用补肾宁心汤应用于治疗女性更年期失眠症的临床效果。方法 择取2023年1月至2024年1月北京市第一中西医结合医院收治的女性更年期失眠症患者60例进行研究,经随机抽签法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用补肾宁心汤治疗,观察组联用中医针灸、补肾宁心汤治疗,持续治疗4周,比较两组中医证候积分、睡眠质量评分、临床疗效。结果 治疗4周后,观察组中医证候积分、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 女性更年期失眠症联合应用中医针灸、补肾宁心汤治疗,可降低中医证候积分,改善睡眠质量,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Bushen Ningxin Decoction in treating female climacteric insomnia.Methods A total of 60 female climacteric insomniacs treated in Beijing Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected for this study and divided into two groups with 30 cases each by random drawing method.The control group was treated with Bushen Ningxin Decoction,and the observation group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture and Bushen Ningxin decoction for 4 weeks.Comparing the two groups’Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,sleep quality score and clinical efficacy.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine evidence points and sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Female climacteric insomnia combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture and Bushen Ningxin decoction can reduce Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,improve sleep quality and improve clinical efficacy.
