小针刀配合针灸辨证治疗膝骨性关节炎

摘　　要：目的 分析小针刀配合针灸辨证治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 选择本院2023年1月至2024年1月收治的膝骨关节炎患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(50例,采取常规治疗方法)和观察组(50例,采取小针刀配合针灸辨证治疗),对两组患者的骨关节炎指数、膝关节活动度、疼痛评分、膝关节功能评分及炎症因子水平进行对比与评估。结果 观察组患者的骨关节炎指数与疼痛评分改善情况优于对照组,观察组转化生长因子β、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、胰岛素样生长因子水平均高于对照组,白细胞介素1水平较对照组低,治疗后的膝关节功能评分及活动度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在对膝骨关节炎患者实施小针刀配合针灸辨证治疗取得明显的效果,可显著减轻患者疼痛,改善患者膝关节功能水平,提高膝关节活动度。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of small needle knife combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods We selected 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024,and divided them into the control group(50 cases,with conventional treatment)and the observation group(50 cases,with small needle knife combined with acupuncture and moxibustion)according to the random number table.We compared and evaluated the clinical treatment effects of the two groups,such as the osteoarthritis index,knee joint range of motion,pain score,knee joint function score and inflammatory factor level.ResultsThe improvement of osteoarthritis index and pain score in observation group was better than that in control group,the levels of transforming growth factor-β,basic fibroblast growth factor and insulin-like growth factor in observation group were higher than those in control group,the level of interleukin-1 was lower than that in control group,and the knee function score and mobility after treatment were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients with small needle knife combined with acupuncture and moxibustion and moxibustion,obvious effects have been achieved,which can significantly reduce the pain of patients,improve the functional level of patients’knee joints,and improve the range of motion of knee joints.It has high application value.
