摘　　要：目的探讨以家庭为中心的护理(FCC)干预模式对支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿病情恢复及生活质量改善的实际效果。方法选取2022年1月至2024年8月在山东省立医院就诊的80例MPP患儿,按照不同护理方法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组则采用FCC干预模式。对比两组护理效果。结果护理后,两组负性情绪评分均较护理前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组症状消失时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组生活质量评分均较护理前提高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论FCC干预模式能够显著改善MPP患儿的负性情绪,缩短症状消失时间,并提高患儿的生活质量。Objective To explore the actual effect of family-centered care(FCC)intervention model on the recovery and improvement of quality of life of children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP).Methods Eighty cases of children with MPP attending Shandong Provincial Hospital from January 2022 to August 2024 were selected and divided into two groups of 40 cases each using different nursing methods.The control group used conventional nursing interventions,while the study group used the FCC intervention model.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the nursing care,the negative emotion scores of both groups were lower than before the nursing care,and the score of the research group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom disappearance time of the research group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of both groups were improved compared with the pre-care period,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The FCC intervention model can significantly improve the negative emotions of children with MPP,shorten the symptom disappearance time,and improve the quality of life of the children.
