摘　　要：农村牧区三次产业融合发展是以新技术为前提和基础,运用互联网等信息技术,借助现代化服务科学管理,建立相互依存、共同发展的新模式。在内蒙古农村牧区三次产业融合发展中,党和国家政策是其坚强后盾,产业链变化为其创造了机遇。但是,在产业结构优化、产业发展基础设施、产业管理制度等方面依然存在诸多问题。为了有效解决上述问题,促进内蒙古农牧业现代化发展,应该以优化产业结构为基础,加快第一产业与第二产业的融合;以完善服务业为中心,加快第一产业与第三产业的融合;以创新为中心,建立三次产业融合发展极核。The integrated development of the three industries in rural and pastoral areas is based on new technology,using information technology represented by the internet,with the help of modern service and scientific management,to establish a new model of interdependence and common development.In the integrated development of the three industries in rural and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia,the policies of the Party and the state have become its solid backing,and the changes in the industrial chain have created new opportunities for it.However,there are still many problems in optimizing industrial structure,developing industrial infrastructure,and implementing industrial management systems.In order to effectively solve the above problems and promote the modernization of agriculture and animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia,the integration of the primary and secondary industries should be accelerated based on optimizing the industrial structure,the integration of the primary and tertiary industries should be accelerated with the improvement of the service industry as the center,and the core of the integrated development of the three industries should be established with innovation as the center.
